Really nice people! But if you are a beginner like me, the bunny hill is too shallow and the green trail is… not green. It goes quite fast right away, and there is no smooth progression between that and the bunny hill. I had to fall on purpose multiple times because it was going too fast. And if you go outside of the trail bounds, you fall off the hill in some sections.

I didn’t ski but I ran the trails behind the ski hill during the summer. Fantastic running trails with nice scenery. Easy to loop and make your own course depending how hard you want to push yourself or do whatever distance you want. Lots of signage so you always know where you are. 10/10 for a runner who is from out of town and wants to hit the trails.

Staff go out of the way to ensure a safe and fun ski. Good pricing - look for online only discount weekday and evening season pass rates if you buy in advance. One thing: if you book a beginner pass it includes your equipment rental, but not access to the main hills. When we went the bunny hill was ungroomed and we couldn't slide. At all. Until our instructor shoveled it. Check they've groomed it before you show up!

Super friendly staff! Love the outdoor fire pits! The skipatrol was ple tiful on the hill and very helpfull. The ticket agents I have dealt with have been fantastic, friendly, and very capable helping the rental department to get my daughter fitted for Skiis!

The staff were super nice and one even came to show me how to snowboard (it was my first time). I had accidentally bought the wrong pass and the staff member kindly fixed it for me with a smile on her face.

Batawa ski hill is a delightful destination that offers a unique and memorable experience with each visit. Recently, I attended a private event. They worked closely with all needs and preferences, ensured all details and guests to be taken care of. The venue is very versatile, catering to a wide range of private events too. Kudos to entire team

Batawa is really a small hill with a big heart for sure... All the instructors take so much care in teaching you skills. It's so nice to see. Even if we're there just playing around sometimes the coaches will offer us tips which is so nice. At certain times throughout the day they have free hot chocolate and free marshmallow roasting which my kids love. I have never had a bad experience with any of the coaches there. A lot of the times if you buy tickets ahead of time online you save some money which is nice. The chalet is small but has all the things you need. It can be busy sometimes

My daughter had her first experience skiing this morning at Batawa. Never been to a ski hill so geared to kids. Our entire experience was incredible. We only used the "Bambi" run and ski rental, both a flawless experience. She took a lesson from Jeremy who was assertive enough to see a huge improvement but also encourage her and keep it fun - Keep up the amazing work. We will definitely be back.
